1. Scope#
This Policy explains how NTC CAPITAL HOLDING S.A.S. ("NexToCloud") uses cookies and similar technologies on the nextocloud.ai website, the healthcare.nextocloud.ai application, and the other NexToCloud web applications. It supplements the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy, which governs the processing of personal data obtained through cookies.
2. What are cookies?#
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser to recognize you from one page to the next or between visits. Similar technologies include browser local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) and session identifiers. In this Policy, "cookies" refers to all of them.
Depending on who sets them, cookies can be first-party (NexToCloud's) or third-party. Depending on how long they last, they can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (lasting for the stated period).

5. How to manage cookies#
5.1. Banner and preferences. When the website uses non-essential cookies, it will display a banner to accept, reject, or configure them by category. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
5.2. Browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in or use the Platform.
6. Personal data#
Essential cookies may be associated with your user account. That processing is governed by the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy, including your rights as a data subject, which you can exercise by writing to privacidad@nextocloud.ai.
7. Changes#
NexToCloud may update this Policy, especially when it adds new cookies. The current version is published at nextocloud.ai/legal, and earlier versions are kept as a record.
