Purposes. Your data will be processed to: respond to your requests and demos; create and manage your account; provide, invoice, and support the Services; send you operational and security communications; prevent fraud and misuse; comply with legal obligations; and, if you authorize it, send you commercial information about NexToCloud.

Sensitive data. We do not request sensitive data. You are not required to answer questions about such data.

International transfer. Your data is hosted with technology providers located mainly in the United States, under contracts that guarantee its protection.
